Paros Vista Villas complex was created with passion and love by the Parian-German couple Anna Vioni and Frank Niemeyer with the assistance of local architect Michael Fifas. The construction materials as well as the specialized construction teams, which did their best to create an aesthetically perfect result, came from the island to support the local economy.
Paros Vista Villas are 2 luxurious villas, with spacious verandas overlooking the sea, shaded by traditional wooden pergolas in front of the dining room and the bedroom. They are furnished with traditional Cycladic furniture and it are fully equipped with all modern amenities (home appliances, TVs, air conditioning, free WiFi).
Each villa has a dining/living area, kitchen and en-suite bedrooms. One of the villas has an independent suite on the upper floor, with a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining corner, and private veranda.
The 2-villa complex is complimented by a biological pool of 6×12 metres, which is accessible only to its tenants and their guests.
Villa Pactia is ideal for guests who desire serenity and relaxation, while being a few minutes’ drive from the beach and the cosmopolitan village of Naoussa.
The villas are located on the eastern side of Paros, on a hill at Vardies/Isterni, just 3 km from the centre of the traditional and famous fishing village of Naousa, and about 2km from the beach of Isterni. It offers panoramic 180-degree views of the sea and the neighboring islands of Mykonos, Naxos and Iraklia, inviting the visitor to relax and enjoy.
Shopping facilities are conveniently located within 1-2 km distance.
