Villa Seirios was created with passion and love by the Parian-German couple Anna Vioni and Frank Niemeyer with the assistance of local architect Michael Fifas. The construction materials as well as the specialized construction teams, which did their best to create an aesthetically perfect result, came from the island to support the local economy.

Villa Seirios is part of a small complex which consists of 2 luxurious independent villas.
It has spacious verandas overlooking the sea, shaded by traditional wooden pergolas in front of the dining room and the bedroom. It is furnished with traditional Cycladic furniture and it is fully equipped with all modern amenities (home appliances, TVs, air conditioning, free WiFi).
Villa Seirios is ideal for guests who desire serenity and relaxation, while being a few minutes’ drive from the beach and the cosmopolitan village of Naoussa.

The villa is located on the eastern side of Paros, on a hill at Vardies/Isterni, just 3 km from the centre of the traditional and famous village of Naousa, and about 2km from the beach of Isterni. It offers panoramic 180-degree views of the sea and the neighboring islands of Mykonos, Naxos and Iraklia, inviting the visitor to relax and enjoy.
